1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once production/printing has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@rpantercorp.com with your order number within  24 hours of placing the order.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order Cancellation (before processing): A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within  30 days of delivery with photos or proof. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.

  • Failed Transactions: If your payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the deducted amount (if any) will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised, printed, or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible defective or incorrect items may be replaced free of cost.

  • To request a replacement, contact us at support@rpantercorp.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may require you to ship the product back to us in its original packaging. In some cases, we may arrange reverse pickup.
